Grandpa isn't showing up
Check that Screen Time is on in the Settings app, and that Gamijii has Screen Time permission. Alerts may be delayed in Low Power Mode. If it still doesn't work, let us know with the button below.

Email us
The button opens your mail app with a subject and some details already filled in. Just add what happened and send.

Helpful details
- Which screen you were on and what you did
- Your device (e.g. iPhone 16 Pro) and iOS version
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen)
- When it happened and how often
You don't need to tell us which apps you use or for how long. If we need more to investigate, we'll ask.
Replies
We usually reply within 3 business days (Japan time). Replies may take longer over weekends and holidays.
