Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the Gamijii app ("the App") provided by REALBIND Inc. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1.The App
The App shows a character, Gamijii, who changes his face and lines to warn you based on how long you use the apps you choose, and blocks those apps when your set limit is reached. The App uses Apple's Screen Time API to measure usage and block apps.
Measurement and blocking may not happen, or may be delayed, depending on device settings, OS behavior and Screen Time permission. The App helps you review your own phone use and does not guarantee that usage will be limited.
Our handling of user information is described in the Privacy Policy.
2.Account
No account is required. By downloading and launching the App, you agree to these Terms.
3.Fees and plans
- The App's basic features are free.
- Gamijii Premium is offered as weekly, monthly and yearly plans. Prices and features are as shown on the in-app purchase screen.
- Payment is processed by the App Store. We never handle payment details directly.
4.Auto-renewal and cancellation
- Gamijii Premium renews automatically for the same period, and is charged at each renewal, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can cancel in your App Store account settings. You cannot cancel from within the App.
- Refunds are subject to App Store policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel during the trial, it automatically converts to a paid plan when the trial ends.
5.Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Infringing our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights
- Analyzing, copying, modifying or reverse engineering the App, or accessing it by unauthorized means
- Obtaining paid features by fraudulent means
- Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate
6.Nature of the App
- The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent addiction or any other condition.
- The character's lines are for fun and are not meant to criticize you.
- If you have ongoing health concerns related to phone use, please consult a medical professional.
7.Intellectual property
All rights to the App's programs, characters, images, text, voices and other works belong to us or their rightful owners.
The characters' voices in the App are created with ElevenLabs speech synthesis.
8.Changes, suspension and termination
We may change or suspend the App without prior notice. If we end the App, we will announce it in advance in the App or on this site.
9.Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee that the App fits any particular purpose, has any expected effect, or always works without defects.
- Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from apps being blocked or not blocked by the App.
- Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the damage occurred.
10.Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted in the App or on this site.
11.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
